Whether you already have a diagnosis or are simply concerned about your child’s development, we are here for you. We treat children aged 0-6 (up to school age) with diagnoses such as:

  • Language development delay

  • Language development disorder

  • Developmental problems after premature birth

  • A genetic syndrome, such as trisomy 21

  • A disability of unknown origin

  • Social problems

  • Difficulties playing with others

  • Cerebral palsy

  • Concentration and attention problems

  • Emotional problems

  • Behavioral problems

  • Perceptual problems

The path to support

You arrange an appointment for an initial consultation with us by telephone.

The initial consultation takes place. We discuss any abnormalities in the child and, if necessary, fill out the application for early detection/early intervention together.

Please bring the following to your initial consultation: your child, their health record booklet, any previous medical reports, your child’s ID, your residence permit (if you are an asylum seeker), your child’s and parent’s health insurance cards, and your family insurance card.

We will ask your pediatrician for a medical referral and, if necessary, speak to your child’s daycare center.

We send the application with the doctor’s referral to the relevant social services office.

You will receive approval for early detection/early intervention from the social services office. There may be a waiting period due to the processing time at the social services office. The responsible educator will contact you and early detection/early intervention will begin.

Early intervention is 100% free of charge for families;
the costs are covered by the social services office.

Our concept

Our approach is geared toward supporting children in their everyday lives. We offer individual treatments in our practice or at your child’s home, but we also attach great importance to maintaining close cooperation with your child’s daycare center.

Through treatment at the daycare center, your child will be more integrated into everyday group life, can participate in smaller group support or individual support, and will benefit from intensive interdisciplinary exchange between special education teachers, educators, and parents.

This holistic approach provides additional support for children in their everyday lives, as they are encouraged in their familiar surroundings.
